Pemahaman Karir Peserta Didik Melalui Layanan Klasikal Metode Project-Based Learning

This study aims to improve students' understanding of career types. The study was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle includes the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and observation sheets, then analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The study showed a significant increase in students' understanding of career types. At the end of cycle II, the majority of students showed a better understanding, with an increasing number of students falling into the "good" and "very good" categories. These findings indicate that the PjBL method is effective in classical guidance services to build active, contextual, and meaningful career understanding among junior high school students. This study contributes to developing a project-based classical service model as an innovative strategy in improving students' career understanding
