This study aims to determine the implementation of punishment and the level of student discipline, as well as to analyze the influence of punishment implementation on student discipline at Baitul Hikmah Harun Ar Rasyid Islamic Boarding School Batam. The research is based on the importance of student discipline as part of character education, and the observed phenomenon of a lack of discipline among students in terms of attendance, dress code, cleaning duties, and maintenance of school facilities. This study employs a quantitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires distributed to students. The sample consisted of 40 students. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of punishment is categorized as very good, with a percentage of 91%, while the level of student discipline is also categorized as very good, with a percentage of 80.13%. The analysis results indicate a positive and significant influence between the implementation of punishment and student discipline, with a correlation value of 0.452, which falls into the category of moderate relationship. Thus, it can be concluded that the better the implementation of punishment, the higher the level of student discipline at Baitul Hikmah Harun Ar Rasyid Islamic Boarding School Batam
