PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA JABATAN FUNGSIONAL PENATA KELOLA PENANAMAN MODAL DPMPTSP KABUPATEN BINTAN
Abstract
The background to this research problem is based on the occurrence of multiple government transitions, causing changes in the government system and structure of the Bintan Regency One Stop Integrated Services Investment Service in the Functional Position of Investment Management Manager. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of work motivation in improving the performance of the functional position of DPMPTSP investment management manager in Bintan Regency. The data analysis method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data collection technique uses observation, questionnaires and documentation sourced from a research sample of twenty-five (25) employees who have the Functional Position of Investment Management Manager in the Bintan Regency One Stop Integrated Service Investment Service. The data analysis technique used in this research is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, using the t test and F test. The results of this research are the test achievements in work motivation (X1), the value of the relationship closeness or relationship coefficient (R) is 0.989. From these results, the coefficient of determination R squared (R2) is 0.978. So it can be concluded that the influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) is 97.8%, while 2.3% is influenced by other components that are not controlled by the analyst. . So work motivation has a partially positive and significant impact on employee performance. The results of the F test show that the calculated F value is 51.882 with an importance level of 0.000 <; 0.05, so it can be concluded that the appropriateness of work motivation influences the performance of the Bintan Regency DPMPTSP Capital Investment Management Functional Position.
