The method used is qualitative with a literature study approach to analyse the relationship between Islamic finance, ethics and morality. The results showed that ethics and morality have a close relationship with Islamic finance because it prioritises the principle of transparency accompanied by responsible freedom. This supports sustainable economic stability and emphasises the importance of ethical economic and social benefits. However, there are several challenges in the development of Islamic finance, such as the lack of public knowledge and the lack of public interest in learning the Islamic financial system so that to carry out this development there are several challenges such as applying the concept of Islamic financial institutions to MSMEs for poverty alleviation and training assistance in Islamic finance that require solutions and solutions. With the rapid development of financial technology, Islamic banks face challenges in integrating sharia principles into digital products without violating applicable sharia regulations. This research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis based on secondary data, including annual reports and literature related to digital Islamic products. The findings reveal that Bank Jago Syariah has successfully implemented sharia principles in its digital products, such as murabahah financing and sharia savings, by avoiding elements of riba, gharar, and maysir. However, the study also identifies significant challenges related to customer understanding of sharia contracts in digital transactions and potential risks to data security. Additionally, there are limitations in the accessibility of digital products for customers with low technological literacy, potentially hindering financial inclusion. The impact of digital technology adoption on financial inclusion shows mixed results, as technology-savvy segments benefit significantly, while those with low digital literacy still face barriers in utilizing these services. The digital Islamic products offered by Bank Jago Syariah tend to be underutilized by customers who do not fully understand the contracts used. Despite the advanced technology employed, data protection issues remain a concern. This study recommends that Bank Jago Syariah enhance customer education regarding digital Islamic products and strengthen security systems to reduce uncertainty and improve transparency. Furthermore, strategies to enhance financial inclusion through simplified technology access for less tech-savvy customers need to be developed. (2) to determine the Critical Thinking Ability at SMA Negeri 2 Tanjungpinang. (3) to determine the effect of the application of HOTS questions on students' critical thinking skills at SMA Negeri 2 Tanjungpinang. This research uses Quantitative research methods. The research subjects were all 11th grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Tanjungpinang. The population amounted to 612 students and the sample taken was 13%, totaling 80 samples. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation.</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>The results of this study indicate that the overall total of variable X, namely the application of HOTS questions, reached 54.1%. This is evident from the results of the questionnaire reaching 54.1% which is in the range of 41% - 60% with a fairly good category. while the results of Variable Y, namely critical thinking, the questionnaire reached 73.4% with a good category, which is in the range of 61% - 80%. </em></p> <p><em>The effect of the application of HOTS questions on students' critical thinking skills at SMA Negeri 2 Tanjungpinang, the calculation results obtained the value of rxy = 0.774 is between the values (0.60 - 0.79), with a strong category. thus rcount is smaller than the rtable value at a significant level of 5% and 1% (0.2199 &lt; 0.774&gt; 0.3611) Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. It can be concluded based on the results of the coefficient of determination, the effect of the application of HOTS questions on students' critical thinking skills is 62.5% while 37.5% is influenced by other factors from this study. The population of the research was the eleventh grade of SMA Negeri 3 Tanjungpinang. The sample of the research was taken by using purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling technique is a technique to determine a sample with the certain consideration. The sample of research were XI IPA which has 15 students consist of 9 males and 6 females and XI IPS which has 26 students consist of 10 males and 16 females.</em> <em>These classes have a low score with an average value of 35 in error analysis in determining the correct conjunction in a complex sentence. The total number of students was 53, but the test was done by 41 students. The researcher conducted a test to gather data. The instrument for collecting data in this research, the researcher used a multiple-choice test. In this case, students are asked to choose the correct conjunction to fill in the gap sentence in a complex sentence and allocate 90 minutes of time with 20 questions. After distributing the worksheets to 41 students and calculating the score, most of them got scores below ≤ 50, namely 24 students, and some of them got a score of ≥ 50, namely 17 students. To determine the value of student skills, calculations were carried out using the mean formula, and the mean score obtained was 48.2. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of work motivation in improving the performance of the functional position of DPMPTSP investment management manager in Bintan Regency. The data analysis method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data collection technique uses observation, questionnaires and documentation sourced from a research sample of twenty-five </em><em>(25) employees who have the Functional Position of Investment Management Manager in the Bintan Regency One Stop Integrated Service Investment Service. The data analysis technique used in this research is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, using the t test and F test. The results of this research are the test achievements in work motivation (X1), the value of the relationship closeness or relationship coefficient (R) is 0.989. From these results, the coefficient of determination R squared (R2) is 0.978. So it can be concluded that the influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) is 97.8%, while 2.3% is influenced by other components that are not controlled by the analyst. . So work motivation has a partially positive and significant impact on employee performance. This research uses classroom action research (PTK) which consists of 2 cycles and each cycle has 4 meetings. The subjects of this research were students in class V A of SD Negeri 015 Tanjungpinang Timur consisting of 35 students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, tests and documentation techniques.</em><em> Results of analysis show that using Dakota media can improve learning outcomes in Mathematics Learning on FPB and KPK materials for students in class V A SD Negeri 015 East Tanjungpinang which can be seen from the increase in learning outcomes in each cycle. Increased student learning outcomes after using Dakota media on FPB and Materials. Corruption Eradication Committee for Mathematics learning for class V A students with a comparison in the pre- cycle of students with 14 student completeness with a percentage of 40%, in the first cycle the student completeness was 19 students with a percentage of 54%, and in the second cycle there was an increase in student completeness of 30 students with a percentage 86%. Based on preliminary data, the average value of student learning outcomes before the application of the method is 75, which shows that students still have difficulty understanding the materials. The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes through the application of the Think, Talk, Write (TTW) method. This study used classroom action research methodology (CAR) conducted in two cycles. The subjects of this research were VB class students of SD Negeri 013 Tanjungpinang Barat, totalling 22 people. Data collection techniques used included observation, tests, and documentation. The results of data analysis show that the use of the TTW method can improve the learning outcomes of VB class students, where the average value of pre-cycle learning outcomes reached 75.00, with student completeness of 14 students with a percentage of 64%, after conducting the first cycle of research the average value became 60.25 with student completeness of 6 students with a percentage of 28% and after cycle 2 the average value increased to 86.14 with student completeness of 20 students with a percentage of 90%.
