Abstract
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia's economy, particularly in creating jobs and increasing community income. KampungSekatap, a coastal village, has great potential for developing MSMEs that utilize local resources. This article explores the innovation of making nuggets from tamban fish as a strategy to develop MSMEs in Kampung Sekatap. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that this innovation not only adds value to local products but also has a positive impact on the local economy.
