Otoritas Kepemimpinan Karismatik dalam Upaya Penguatan Moral Pada Era Disrupsi Teknologi Digital

Abstract

The current era of digital technology disruption has brought major changes to various aspects of life, including education. Changes that have occurred in the field of educational  management  science  can  emphasize  the  importance  of  charismatic leadership in maintaining morality amidst the challenges of the digital era. This study aims to analyze the authority of charismatic leadership in efforts to strengthen morals in the era of digital technology disruption. Literature review method was used in this study, supported by the help of Publish or Perish and VOS viewer software in order to build and visualize bibliometric networks accurately. Results of the study showed influence of charismatic leadership style in efforts to strengthen student morals in the era of digital technology disruption. Principals and teachers as leaders in schools or in class with their charismatic leadership authority are able to provide moral reinforcement for students on an ongoing basis. Personality and charm that emerge from a charismatic leader are manifested in exemplary behavior. The moral strengthening that occurs is framed in programs or activities to strengthen student character. Principals and teachers as leaders become models of moral values that will be strengthened in students. Considered a strategic approach, charismatic leadership can inspire, build trust, and instill moral values in educational communities.
